This book tells about the Peru's revolution, with an important text of Juan Gelman, one of the most important argentine writer, calls the "argentine-mexican poet ". Gelman born in Buenos Aires in 1930 and emigrated exiled to Mexico in 1976 at the beginning of the Argentina dictatorship.
Gelman ends his introduction with these words; "Peru' has realized that power sharing does not alienate, that there need not be rulers and ruled. The Peruvian Revolution explores ways to realise this concrete utopia through one of the most exciting political and social experiments of our time."
