Let the enemies of Independence know that in our belief and struggle we become stronger, because the dead never leave us. They stay together with us, they support not only us, they support freedom, justice, democracy, the principles of universal truth and humanism. How strong we are with my hand in your hand and your hand in his hand. All Lithuania is clasped in our arms and in this chain we'll feel forever hands of the dead. They'll stand together with us as they stood on the 13th of january in front of thanks and guns, darkness and violence, outrageous lie and slander. Our independence plant is watered abundantly with sacred blood of its defenders. Their hearts rose over Lithuania for eternal life. We'll live and fight by their light.
