From the military coup of 1964 to the inauguration of President Lula, from sporting successes to cultural icons, including a dive into the memory of the Canudos War. Historic scenes of a country in continuous construction were captured by the camera of photographer Evandro Teixeira,

This book is a unique photograph, both for its characteristics and for what it represents: the portrait of a generation, gathered in Cinelândia, Rio de Janeiro, on 26 June 1968, for the March of 100,000. The book tells the life stories of 100 people captured through the lens of Evandro Teixeira during the march. By capturing these faces from that image and saving the story of each of these people, the history of Brazil over the last four decades is also told.
